Research interests

Integer and combinatorial optimization, covering problems.

 
Short Bio

Lorenzo Moreschini is a postdoctoral researcher in Operations Research at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of the University of Brescia. In 2020 he completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at the Universities of Pavia and Milano-Bicocca with a doctoral dissertation in group theory entitled "Poly-freen constructions for some Artin groups". For about one year, he has worked as a programmer in an Italian software house, until he obtained his current position in the MAO group at the University of Brescia where he enjoys the possibility to blend both his passions for abstract mathematics and programming.
